Refund policy

Return requests are available for up to 30 days after the shipping carrier's delivery date.

If approved a shipping label will be sent to the email the refund was requested by. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping + 10% handling fee for returns which will be deducted from the final refund amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped no more than 10 days after the approval email with shipping label is sent. Your item must also be received in the same condition that you received it in; unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
